Shipping Policy
Free UK Delivery. We are proud to offer free standard delivery on all UK orders, with no minimum spend required.

Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within [1 to 2] working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Standard Delivery Time: Our free delivery usually takes [2 to 4] working days to arrive after dispatch (via [Royal Mail / Evri / DPD]).

Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! However, if you change your mind, our returns policy is straightforward and complies with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations to ensure your rights are protected.
1. Returns Window (Change of Mind)
Under UK law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase or return an item. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the product back to us.
2. Conditions of Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In its original packaging, with all original tags attached.
3. How to Request a Return

We will provide you with instructions and the address of our UK returns centre.

Package the item securely and post it back to us.
Please note: Return postage costs for a change of mind are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable service (such as Royal Mail Signed For), as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
